Tax Partner
Troy received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting from Loyola University in 1985, his Juris Doctorate from the Washington College of Law at American University in 1990 and his LLM-Taxation from Georgetown University in 1992. Troy joined MMD in 2006 as a tax partner. Prior to joining MMD, Troy worked for Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young for many years. Additionally, Troy also obtained experience owning and operating a CPA firm in Washington DC prior to joining MMD.
Troy is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants. Troy has appeared on “Talk About Taxes,” sponsored by the Louisiana State Society of CPAs.
